This page explains how the Outfits early-access waitlist uses your information. Last updated October 5, 2026.
What we save
When you join, we save your email address, the signup date, the version of the early-access consent you accepted, and which signup form you used. We also save campaign labels from the link you visited and the referring website’s domain, when available.
If you choose to answer the follow-up questions, we save whether you want to find or share outfits, your phone platform, and the part of finding outfits you find most difficult. These questions are optional.
Why we save it
Your signup asks us to send you early-access news and an invitation when the app is ready. Optional answers help us decide what to build. Campaign information helps us understand where interest in Outfits comes from. Joining does not create an app account or commit you to a purchase.
Storage and retention
Waitlist details are held in a private Cloudflare D1 database. We do not sell your email or send it to advertising platforms. We use Resend to manage the early-access mailing list, sharing your email address with that service. Your optional answers and campaign details stay in that database and are not sent to Resend.
Waitlist records expire after 180 days and are removed during the next database cleanup. Leaving or expiry also removes you from the Outfits mailing list. If Resend is temporarily unavailable, the minimum information needed to complete that removal is kept until the service is available again. Existing subscriptions to other lists are unaffected, and a minimal unsubscribe record may be retained to respect your choice. You can ask to leave sooner.
Simple, first-party measurement
We count page views and a few actions, such as starting a signup. These are daily campaign totals, without advertising cookies or visitor identifiers. They are not linked to your email. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we skip these measurements.
We temporarily store a secret-salted hash of your connection address in D1 to limit automated requests across our servers. This record expires after 15 minutes and is removed on the next cleanup; raw connection addresses are not saved in the waitlist database. Cloudflare may keep separate security logs.
Your browser
After signup, this tab can keep a private signup key so you can submit optional answers or remove your signup. We also keep the campaign labels for this visit, so reading another page doesn’t lose the original source of your signup. Closing the tab normally clears this storage. We do not load third-party analytics, fonts or advertising scripts.

You can remove your email and optional answers with the button below if this tab still has your signup key. Any early-access email we send will also include a way to leave the list.
